Mr Tom The Judge And the Judgement

I know its been a while since I wrote anything. But I've been thinking, I know that the last post was calling for the imprisonment of Tom Cholmodeley but i began to think. Is this man really guilty? If you've said yes than please write me why..and don't say because the Judge said so coz I don't think his judgment has any merit. First because he is a Kenyan judge and second because this is Kenya. Anything can happen, even typing errors worth nine billion shillings take place and then corrected after questions are raised. with all seriousness on these Cholmodeley case, this guy is innocent. Well well now don't get mad at me first. Here is why I think he is innocent...just one reason depending on which one you pick... 'When have we known the Kenyan judicial system to be right'? or 'When has the Kenyan police done any competent job that sends the guilty person to jail'?...our jails are full of innocent men and women while this nation, my home and country is full of guilty men and women walking our street and making very important decisions for us. They are the one who deserve to be behind bars. I pray that tom serves his eight months peacefuly, and on behalf of every other Kenyan...welcome home in case you had forgoten just how rotten we really are.
